We hold your email, the caravans and motorhomes you register, the photos you add and the proof documents you upload. Your email and your documents are never shown on a public page, never in a buyer's report and never given to a provider. The public page says only that a registered owner holds the vehicle and whether a proof is on file.
We hold the number you checked, the email Stripe gives us after payment, and the report. Card details never touch our server. Stripe holds them.
We hold your organisation's name and type, the email of each member, a hash of your API key, and a log of every write in your name. The log is what a buyer's report cites.
